Summary of Specifications:
The City of Cadillac is accepting sealed bids for the purchase, programming and installation of thirty-seven (37) 800-MHz portable radios and eleven (11) 800-MHz mobile, remote-mount radios.

Due to compatibility with existing infrastructure and cooperation and interoperability with other agencies, the City’s preferred manufacturer for all radios is Motorola. However, other manufacturers may offer products with similar specifications. These radios are differentiated by the design requirements unique to each manufacturer. Based upon these factors the City of Cadillac will outline basic requirements for the radios. The bidders will be asked to submit bids and provide detailed information on the unit(s) being bid.
