Description

The City of Cadillac is accepting sealed bids for construction of a 30’ x 40’ x 10’ cold storage pole building on the grounds of the Cadillac Waste Water Treatment plant. Construction will include the following:

9’ x 10’ Roll up door
10’ x 10’ Slider door
2 – 36” Service doors
2 – 36” x 36” Windows
Steel Roof
Steel Siding
Standard barn truss (no overhang)
4” poured concrete floor with 2 soak away drains.
Some fill will be required prior to construction. A site visit is available upon request at 231-775-2841.

Bids must be submitted by the due date and time specified on Page 1 of this Invitation to Bid. The attached Bid Form must be completed, signed, and submitted as the official bid.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in part or whole and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received.
