Summary of Specifications:
The City of Cadillac (“the City”) is seeking bids for one (1) 2015 or 2016 model year, all-wheel drive police patrol vehicle (PPV).

The specifications for the PPV must meet the required specifications from the State of Michigan Specification #3905-0010A (Appendix 1) for an all-wheel drive PPV. Several additional features are also required. Base and optional features are attached as Appendix 2 of the bid document, and bid price must include all highlighted options. Any deviations from required specifications must be clearly explained in an attachment to the bidding document.
