It is the intent of the City of Cadillac Local Development Financial Authority (LDFA), which operates a groundwater extraction and treatment system in the City of Cadillac Industrial Park for the Northernaire/Kysor sites, to obtain Professional Environmental Consulting Services for review and evaluation of its current system.
In reviewing qualifications, consideration will not be confined to hourly billing rates. The successful Firm will be the one whose services are judged to best serve the interests of the City of Cadillac when billing rates, depth of experience, breadth of services, responsiveness, quality and delivery are considered.
The City of Cadillac LDFA reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or any part thereof, and to waive any minor technicalities. Future contracts may be awarded to the Firm deemed to serve the best interest of the City of Cadillac LDFA.
