Summary of Specifications:
The City of Cadillac is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements. Proposals are being requested for a three-year term for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2014, 2015, and 2016 with a separate proposal for a five-year term, which would add the years ending June 30, 2017 and 2018. It is also the City’s intent that this solicitation will include a proposal for the City’s Act 345 Retirement System audit.
