Interested bidders should attend the pre-bid conference to be held at the City of Cadillac - Kenwood Park Beach at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, April 2, 2018. Lake Street, Cadillac, Michigan 49601 and clearly marked “PROPOSED BATH HOUSE, CITY OF CADILLAC – KENWOOD PARK” by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at which time they will be publicly opened in the council chambers of the Cadillac Municipal Complex.
