2021-13 - Proposed Roof Replacement - 120 W. Chapin Street (EGLE Facility)

The project consists of removal and replacement of asphalt shingles, shingle underlayment and drip edge on the City of Cadillac - EGLE facility. The Contractor shall coordinate work with the Owner.

In order for a bid to receive consideration, it must be received prior to the deadline listed. No bids will be accepted after the time specified as the deadline for bids. The Owner, City of Cadillac, reserves the right to postpone the bid opening for its own convenience. The Owner will receive proposals for the work herein set forth until 2:00 pm, local time, Tuesday, December 21, 2021.  Sealed bids shall be clearly marked "Proposed Roof Maintenance, City of Cadillac – EGLE Facility” and shall be sealed when submitted. Bids shall be mailed or delivered to City of Cadillac, Attn: Mr. Owen Roberts, 200 N. Lake St., Cadillac, MI 49601. Bids are considered received when in the possession of the Finance Director’s Office. It is the proposer’s responsibility to ensure that the bids are received in the proper location.
