Summary of Specifications:
The City of Cadillac received a $2,000,000 Stormwater, Asset Management, and Wastewater (SAW) Grant from Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) late in 2014 to develop Stormwater and Wastewater Asset Management Plans. The City of Cadillac is seeking a consulting engineering firm to assist the City in developing its Asset Management Plans. A copy of the City’s SAW application is available as part of this solicitation. Because the SAW Grant amount is fixed, the City plans to hire the consultant whose qualifications and approach to executing the SAW grant will provide the greatest value to the City. Interested firms must utilize the outline in the Request for Qualifications document to provide the firm’s qualifications and approach to delivering services to meet the requirements of the SAW grant.
