2019-13 - Sunset Lane Water Main Improvements

The City of Cadillac is inviting bids for Sunset Lane Water Main Improvements. Project will include removal of current pipe and portions of City sidewalk, watermain installation, drainage, street and sidewalk improvements. Contract documents and detailed specifications may be obtained from the office of the project engineer:  Prein & Newhof, 1202 N. Mitchell Street, Cadillac, MI 49601 (231) 468-3456 at a nonrefundable cost of $20.00 (thirty dollars) per set of plans.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director of Finance, Municipal Complex, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, Michigan 49601 and clearly marked “SUNSET LANE WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS” by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at which time they will be publicly opened in the council chambers of the Cadillac Municipal Complex.
