The City of Cadillac is accepting sealed bids for parking lot reconstruction work. Scope of work includes Parking lot Reconfiguration, HMA Crushing and Shaping, Aggregate Base, HMA Paving; Decorative Concrete Sidewalk and Plaza Area, Curb and Gutter; Storm Sewer Improvements and Water Main Service; Electrical System and Decorative Lighting; Landscape Furnishings, Plantings, Arch Fabrication and Installation; Coordination for Splash Pad and Outdoor Fireplace Installation. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 1:00 pm at the Cadillac Municipal Complex, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, Michigan. Lake Street, Cadillac, MI 49601 and must be reviewed prior to the submission of any bid. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director of Finance, Municipal Complex, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, Michigan 49601 and clearly marked “THE PLAZA AT CADILLAC COMMONS PROJECT BID” by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at which time they will be publicly opened in the council chambers of the Cadillac Municipal Complex.
