Summary of Specifications:
The City of Cadillac is accepting sealed bids for the repainting and miscellaneous repair of a 1,000,000 gallon toroellipse water storage tank. Complete specifications, plans and proposal forms may be obtained at the office of DIXON ENGINEERING, INC., 1104 Third Avenue, Lake Odessa, MI 48849 upon payment of $60.00 (handling charge per set). Payment for specifications should be made to Dixon Engineering, Incorporated. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Electronic copies of the specifications, plans and proposal forms are also available at www.mitn.info or from the City Clerk’s Office, Cadillac Municipal Complex, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, MI 49601 and must be reviewed prior to the submission of any bid.
Bids must be clearly marked and submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director of Finance, Municipal Complex, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, Michigan 49601 by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2015, at which time they will be publicly opened in the council chambers of the Cadillac Municipal Complex.
