Summary of Specifications:
The City will accept proposals for workers compensation insurance from qualified agents and insurance carriers. Respondents will be furnished with Workers’ Compensation Renewal Information for the period 7/1/18 – 6/30/19. Additional information requested by the bidder is required to be in writing. The successful bidder will be named as the City’s worker’s compensation insurance carrier until such time as a new carrier is approved by the Cadillac City Council. The City reserves the right to re-bid the purchase if annual renewals exceed ten percent (10%).
