PRE-QUALIFICATION All CCTV Inspections shall be performed by a NASSCO Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP©) certified operator. All inspection reports shall be produced using (C.C.T.V.) inspection software provided by a NASSCO PACP© certified vendor.
