The City of Center Line will receive sealed bids until 10:00 am local time on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at the offices of the City Manager/ Clerk, City of Center Line, 7070 E. Ten Mile
Road, Center Line, Michigan 48015, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
No federal funds will be used for this project. Davis-Bacon wage rates will not apply.
The work to be performed under this contract consists of the cleaning and sealing of existing joints and cracks in concrete and asphalt pavements. Quantities may increase
or decrease; additional work may be added or work deleted as conditions required. The approximate quantities involved in this work for each City quadrant are as follows:

Northeast Quadrant - Cleaning and Sealing Existing Pavement Joints and Cracks 282,350 LF
Southwest Quadrant - Cleaning and Sealing Existing Pavement Joints and Cracks 125,900 LF
Southeast Quadrant - Cleaning and Sealing Existing Pavement Joints and Cracks 147,250 LF
ALTERNATE BID
Overband Crack Fill (City Hall Parking Lot) 1 LS together with related work as well as clean-up and restoration.
