Summary of Specifications:
The Department of Public Works and the Community & Economic Development Department are seeking bids for the 2008 Tree Replacement Project. This project is funded partially/fully by Federal Funds from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program administered by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This project is subject to all applicable HUD rules and regulations including Federal Davis-Bacon wage rules and regulations and all applicable City regulations.
