Summary of Specifications:
The City of Dearborn Heights is seeking bids for 2009 CDBG Water Main Improvements. This project is funded partially/fully by Federal Funds from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program administered by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This project is subject to all applicable HUD rules and regulations including Federal Davis-Bacon wage rules and regulations and all applicable City regulations.
