Summary of Specifications:
The City of Dearborn Heights is seeking bids for the Community and Economic Development Department ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Facilities Improvement Projects. Restrooms will be modified to meet ADA Accessibility Guidelines at the Canfield Ice Arena, Canfield Community Center and Dearborn Heights City Hall.

This project is funded partially/fully by Federal Funds from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program administered by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This project is subject to all applicable HUD rules and regulations including Federal Davis-Bacon wage rules and regulations and all applicable City regulations.
