Summary of Specifications:
The City of Dearborn Heights is seeking bids for the Berwyn Senior Center Exercise Room Tile Asbestos/Replacement Project. This project is funded fully/partially by Federal Funds from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This project is subject to all applicable HUD rules and regulations including Federal Davis-Bacon wage rules and regulations.

To bid on this project an assessment visitation is mandatory. Contact the Community and Economic Development Office, 26155 Richardson, Dearborn Heights, Mi 48127, (313) 791-3500 to set up appointment. Appointment must be made by 12:00 noon on the due date: Wednesday, February 27, 2008.
