The City of Dearborn Heights is seeking proposals for Certified Residential HVAC Inspection Services (CO/Salt Testing)for the Residential Rehabilitation Program. This project is funded fully by Federal Funds from the Community Development Block Grant(CDBG)Program administered by the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development. This Project may be subject to all applicable HUD Rules and Regulations including Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Rules and Regulations and all applicable City Regulations.
