Summary of Specifications:
The City of Dearborn Heights is seeking bids for the Municipal Park Comfort Station Renovations, Bid Package #6. This project is funded fully/partially by Federal Funds from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program administered by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This project is subject to all applicable HUD rules and regulations including Federal Davis-Bacon wage rules and regulations and all applicable City regulations.
