Important Note to Vendors:
The City of Dearborn Heights Water Billing Department will be changing to a new billing system. Invoices on 8 1/2" x 11" bond paper will be mechanically folded and inserted into #10 envelopes. This quote is for 100,000 envelopes with double windows and 100,000 envelopes with a single window printed with a return address in the upper left hand corner. 100,000 envelopes would be approximately a six-month supply. The City is currently exploring cost effective options for envelopes. All quotes should include all costs including delivery, shipping and handling. Quotes will be accepted to the attention of Denise Walker, online, by fax to 313-791-3441 or by email to dwalker@ci.dearborn-heights.mi.us.
