Important Note to Vendors:
The City of Dearborn Heights is seeking bids for 100,000 Water Billing envelopes. Envelopes must be #10 24 lb, diagonal-seam construction with a single window in the lower left-hand corner, printed with a permit in the upper right-hand corner and a return address in the upper left-hand corner. All quotes should include all costs including delivery, shipping and handling. Quotes will be accepted by the Comptroller's Office in person, online, by fax to 313-791-3441 or email to dwalker@ci.dearborn-heights.mi.us.
