The city of Dearborn Heights is seeking bids for 100,000 Water Billing Envelopes.Envelopes must be #10 24lb, diagonal-seam construction with a single window in the lower left-hand corner, printed with a permit in the upper right-hand corner and a return address in the upper left-hand corner. All quotes should include all costs including delivery, shipping and handling.
