Summary of Specifications:
The City of Dearborn Heights is seeking bids for the Weddel and Municipal Park Renovations. The work generally includes construction of half-sized basketball courts and landscaping at both parks and construction of an inline skating rink and aqua splash pad at Municipal Park. This project is funded fully/partially by Federal Funds from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program administered by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The project is subject to all applicable HUD rules and regulations including Federal Davis-Bacon wage rules and regulations.
