An aerial lift may be required for work at the City’s Public Works Facility, 3600 Central St.
Ladders will be required for various equipment at all locations.
Bids shall be all-inclusive. No mobilization, surcharges, deposits, trip charges, or fees shall be charged for regular service trips.
Bids must be sealed and marked with “City of Dexter HVAC and Mechanical Unit Maintenance Bid.”
The cost as proposed must be firm. No contract modifications or extras will be permitted after the start of work.
Work is anticipated to be awarded on October 14, 2024. The work shall be complete within 8 weeks following bid award.
Please list any other discounts provided to customers while under contract.
