Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of improvements to the existing anaerobic digester and sludge storage tanks, including removal and replacement of the tank covers, sludge transfer pumps, mixing equipment, gas collection system, rehabilitation of the existing hot water boiler, piping and valves, submersible pumps and variable frequency controlled vertical centrifugal sewage pumps, and associated mechanical and electrical and instrumentation and control systems. The project will be financed through the State Revolving Loan Program and requirements for Davis-Bacon wage rates will apply.
