The City of East Lansing seeks to engage a qualified firm to advise the City on the Burcham Park Landfill site, conduct necessary groundwater/air quality monitoring and EGLE reporting, and make recommendations as to the condition, functionality, and necessity of the LFG extraction system. The firm should guide the City towards the eventual submittal and approval of a No Further Action (NFA) request for all or portions of the project Site (and all or portions of the Site constituents) and advise the City of its current positioning relative to site closure.

Three (3) paper copies and an electronic copy of your firm’s proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the City of East Lansing, Department of Public Works. If mailed, send the proposal to the City of East Lansing Department of Public Works, 410 Abbot Road, East Lansing, MI 48823. If hand delivered, submit the proposal to the Department of Public Works at 1800 E. State Road, East Lansing, Michigan. Submissions are due no later than 11:00 A.M on January 5th, 2024.
