The City of East Lansing is requesting qualified civil engineering consultants to submit proposals for performing survey, design, construction services, and resident inspection services for the proposed Red Cedar Neighborhood Water Main Replacement Project. The improvements include water main replacement, including new service leads from the main to the curb stops; incidental sewer repairs/replacement; and roadway and roadside drainage restoration.

One electronic copy and one hard copy of the proposal documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. If mailed, send the proposal to Department of Public Works, City of East Lansing, 410 Abbot Road, East Lansing, MI. 48823. If hand delivered, submit the proposal to the Department of Public Works at 1800 E. State Road, East Lansing, MI. The envelope shall be clearly marked on the exterior denoting the name of the firm submitting the proposal and the name of the particular professional services contract for which the proposal is offered. The proposals shall be submitted by no later than 11:00 A.M., Friday, June 9, 2023
