The work under this contract shall be done in accordance with the Contract Documents and Construction Plans and shall generally include: furnishing of materials, labor and equipment for water main replacement, sewer replacement, curb and gutter replacement, driveway replacement, sidewalk replacement, HMA surface milling and HMA paving on Collingwood Drive, Kedzie Street, Division Street, Gunson Street and Sunrise Court as depicted on the plans. The project also includes traffic control, cleanup and restoration and all incidental work necessary to complete the project and provide a functional system.

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of East Lansing at the Office of
the Director of Public Works, up to 2:00 P.M., Thursday, April 28, 2022, at
which time and place proposals will be publicly opened and read for the
furnishing of materials, labor and equipment for the installation of water main,
combined sewer, HMA pavement milling, HMA paving, minor curb and gutter
replacement, and sidewalk replacement as
depicted on the plans.
Proposals may either be mailed to the Director of Public Works at 410 Abbot
Road, East Lansing, Michigan 48823 or hand delivered to the Office of the
Director of Public Works located at 1800 E. State Road, East Lansing,
Michigan.
