An optional Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at the Water Plant site on April 12, 2022, at 11:30 a.m. To arrive at a clear understanding of the conditions at the site of the project, it is highly recommended, but not required, that each bidder visit the project site. In light of the changing COVID-19 status, site visits at the Water Treatment Plant must comply with the Authority’s access restrictions in effect at that time.
