This project consists of the installation of 8-inch water main along the following
streets:
· Agnes Avenue from Beechwood Avenue to Hayes Avenue and Hayes Avenue from Agnes Avenue to Lydia Avenue
· Normandy Avenue from Toepfer Drive to 9 Mile Road
· Saxony Avenue from Ash Avenue to 9 Mile Road and Ash Avenue from Saxony Avenue to Lambrecht Avenue
· Saxony Avenue from Bell Avenue to 10 Mile Road
· Saxony Avenue from 9 Mile Road to Semrau Avenue and Semrau Avenue from Saxony Avenue to Lambrecht Avenue
In addition to water service transfers, replacement of lead and galvanized water
services from the water main to the water meter inside the home per EGLE’s
current Lead and Copper Rule, pavement, driveway and sidewalk restoration
and sod restoration.
In addition, as an alternate bid, is the replacement of lead and galvanized water
services located throughout the City on Rein Avenue, Piper Avenue, South Park
Avenue and Couzens Avenue.
