The City of Eastpointe is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide experienced and knowledgeable information technology managed services and support twenty-four seven, year-round (24/7-365). Services are to include, but not limited to, hardware, software and maintenance services for up to six (6) City Buildings, up to twelve (12) servers, and approximately 150+ endpoint devices. These devices include computers, laptops, printers, copiers and fax machines, which may or may not have a third-party service contract. Assistance is required with cell phones, security systems (building and security cameras), Comcast phone system, and multiple other programs.
Qualified contractors must possess the ability to meet such service requirements in a timely manner and meet bid specifications with the requisite knowledge. Education, certifications, background, and experience are required to provide high quality information technology services for hardware, software, server & network support. BS&A experience is also required.
