PRE-QUALIFICATION
All CCTV Inspections shall be performed by a NASSCO Pipeline Assessment and Certification
Program (PACP©) certified operator. All inspection reports shall be produced using (C.C.T.V.)
inspection software provided by a NASSCO PACP© certified vendor. Formatting and layout, i.e.,
observations and defect codes, shall be NASSCO PACP© standard.
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Plans and specifications must be obtained through BidNet, formerly the Michigan
Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN), at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn, after 12:00
P.M. on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. Bids may be rejected unless made on the forms included with
the bidding documents.
BID SECURITY
A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and a surety company,
payable to the City of Ecorse, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be
submitted with each bid.
WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids.
AWARD OF CONTRACT
The City of Ecorse reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in
the bidding. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and
payment bonds and insurance certificates.
