2017-002 - Invitation to Bid on City of Ecorse Dingell Park Restroom Building

Summary of Specifications:
The proposed project consists of demolition and reconstruction of the existing restroom building at John D. Dingell Park along West Jefferson Avenue in the City of Ecorse. This will include demolition of the existing building and reconstruction of concrete block exterior and interior walls, new plumbing fixtures and flooring with a metal roof. The anticipated start date is April 15th, 2017 and substantially completed by June 30th, 2017 with final completion by July 30th, 2017.
