DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The approximate quantities involved in this work are as follows:
Demolition of Structure A 1 LS
Demolition of Structure B 1 LS
Loading and Transportation of Debris 5,000 Ton
together with any related items of work and necessary permits.

PRE-QUALIFICATION
1. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, June 21, 2022
at the site address: 205 Mill Street, Ecorse, Michigan.
2. Contractor should be certified to work around hazardous materials. If applicable,
abatement shall be performed by certified abatement contractor. All disposals
shall be taken to a certified facility to accept such materials
3. Contractor must have experience with demolition of former industrial buildings
that may contain asbestos containing materials (ACM) and other hazardous
materials. Contractor must have experience identifying ACM, PCB containing
materials and other hazardous substances.
