The City seeks a Professional consultant to provide comprehensive on-going planning and zoning services on an as-needed basis including but not limited to project review (special land use permits and site plan review), recommending/drafting amendments to city zoning ordinances, and Master Plan updates. While the consultant will work very closely with the City Council, City Administrator, Planning Commission, ZBA and others, the consultant will report to, be responsible to and coordinate work activities with the City Administrator, within terms of the agreed upon contract.
