The City of Ecorse will receive sealed bids by mail until 10:00 a.m., local time on Monday, July 19,
2021, at the offices of the City Clerk, City of Ecorse, 3869 West Jefferson Avenue, Ecorse, Michigan
48229, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and a surety
company, payable to the City of Ecorse, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%)
of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid.
