The City of Ecorse will accept proposals to serve as a Third Party Claims Administrator (TPA) to provide contracted services for General & Professional Liability and Property Insurance. The TPA will provide customary and appropriate general liability, professional liability, and property claim handling services and will need to file all required forms in the adjustment of claims pursuant to the applicable statutory and regulatory scheme of the insurance carrier(s).
