RFP-FH-08-09-1488 - 13 Mile Road CDBG Sidewalk Program

Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of approximately 2,800 linear feet of sidewalk installation along the north side of Thirteen Mile Road from Middlebelt Road Westward to + 800 Ft West of Westgate Road. It includes placement of a pre-fab pedestrian bridge (60’ x 8’) over a branch of the Pebble Creek. The approximate quantities of major items of the work are as follows: 

Concrete Sidewalk 14,000 SF Install Prefab Pedestrian Bridge 60’ x 8’ with Footings 1 EA  

Plus miscellaneous items necessary for a completed project. 

Plans, specifications, and proposal forms may be obtained at the City Clerk's Office at the above address on or after 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 14, 2009, upon deposit of $20.00, which is non-refundable. Proposals must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the City of Farmington Hills. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond by a recognized surety company in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the City of Farmington Hills, as security for acceptance of the Contract.
