ITB-fh-06-07-1321 - 2006 CDBG Sidewalk Project

Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of approximately 1,600 linear feet of sidewalk installation along Tuck Road from Eight Mile to Archwood Circle, 1,100 linear feet along Nine Mile from Hawthorne to Tuck and 150 linear feet along Independence from Middlebelt to Wheeler. The approximate quantities of major items of the work are as follows: 

Concrete Sidewalk 14,300 SF Concrete Curb and Gutter 500 FT Storm structures 7 EA Storm sewer 320 FT 

Plus miscellaneous items necessary for a completed project. 

Plans, specifications, and proposal forms may be obtained at the City Clerk's Office at the above address on or after Tuesday, August 22, 2006, upon deposit of $30.00, which is non-refundable. Proposals must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the City of Farmington Hills. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond by a recognized surety company in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the City of Farmington Hills, as security for acceptance of the Contract.
