The Alliance of Rouge Communities (ARC) is seeking Engineering/Environmental/Grant Restoration services to support the ARC in helping to restore beneficial uses of the Rouge River Watershed to the area residents through the completion of Rouge River Area of Concern (AOC) Habitat Restoration Projects. Qualifications will be accepted from individuals, consulting firms, or other organizations.
The ARC will select a Respondent for the support services identified in this request for qualifications for a five (5)-year period beginning on January 1, 2024, and ending December 31, 2028. At its discretion, the ARC may negotiate with the Successful Respondent for continuing services on an annual basis for similar services for up to three (3) subsequent fiscal years. Current existing ARC Work Order projects that extend beyond December 31, 2023, will be completed by the current consultant under existing contracts.
Statewide
