As part of the City’s Capital Improvement plan a high level assessment was completed at all City facilities. The evaluation indicated the need to upsize the generator feeder cable & associated equipment that supports City Hall located at 31555 W. 11 Mile Road. The City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide architectural & engineering services to perform equipment evaluation, an engineered design, construction documents, assistance with Bidding the project & assistance with construction administration.
