Summary of Specifications:
The City of Farmington Hills is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Building Safety & Security Monitoring Systems Maintenance. The City is seeking an award of one (1) or more firms who provide the most efficient and economical solution for Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression Inspection, testing & Maintenance on an annual basis, as needed purchase, installation & maintenance of the DSX Card Access System, as needed purchase, installation & maintenance for the Cities CCTV systems & intrusion alarm systems. The City of Farmington Hills currently has 23 protected premises.
