The goal of the business incubator is to drive economic development, improve property values and foster and support entrepreneurship in the City of Farmington Hills. The business incubator or “innovation center” is intended to serve as a community asset to enhance the overall image of the city for doing business. Following completion of a Phase I study the City has chosen to pursue further development of a business plan including a structural and operational facility assessment, programming needs, targeted industries, an implementation timeline, financial analysis, and marketing plan as a Phase II project.
