Colasanti Construction Services, Inc. has been contracted by the City of Farmington Hills as the Construction Manager for the renovation of Harrison High School into our new Community Center. The work will consist of consist of the renovation and additions to Harrison High School located at 29995 Twelve Mile Road in Farmington Hills Michigan. The high school was built in 1970 and contains approximately 245,300 sq. ft. The main high school building has a total of three (3) floors. The first floor is approximately 82,000 s.f., the second floor is approximately 57,300 s.f. and the third floor is approximately 106,000 s.f. The scope of work will be comprised of renovating the first and second levels with potential addition(s) to accommodate a new entry and lobby areas. The third-floor renovation scope and programing has yet to be determined depending on budget limitations. The major program spaces will include the renovation of the existing gymnasium, a new recreation center pool at the existing natatorium location and a renovated auditorium to meet community needs. The Project will include support spaces and upgraded MEP systems to accommodate the Community Center needs. Bid Pack # 4 includes – Site Improvement Work
