The food service operation consists of the banquet/kitchen operation for Longacre House, Costick Center, Grant Community Center & The Hawk Community Center to include wait staff, exclusive food service for the banquet rooms, bartenders, and assistance with procurement of beer, wine, liquor, and champagne (where applicable).
