The City of Farmington Hills is in the design process of a revitalization of City Hall, located at 31555 W. 11 Mile Road. The intent is that the renovated building will meet the requirements of a LEED Gold certification and utilize as much of the current product as possible. The City of Farmington Hills is accepting Statement of Qualification Responses from qualified office furnishings companies who provide design, delivery & installation services for systems furniture workstations, case goods and ancillary furniture. It is our intent to review all responses with the ultimate goal of targeting an invitation to bid to pre-qualified vendors.
