Summary of Specifications:
The City of Farmington Hills (CFH) has contracted with AT&T to install an Opt-E-Man (OEM) fiber optic network. AT&T will be installing OEM to eleven (11) sites in Farmington/Farmington Hills, MI. Through this RFP the selected contractor/vendor will provide, install, configure and train CFH IT staff on the requested hardware and software solutions to support OEM. The CFH currently uses T-1 lines to support its IT/Phone systems.
