Summary of Specifications:
The City of Farmington Hills will utilize a qualifications based selection process and will accept qualification response documents to secure a firm or firms for Costick Center Facility Assessment, Structure Evaluation and Design/Build Construction Management Services. It is our intent to review all responses; with the ultimate goal of targeting a request for pricing to “qualified” firms. The successful firm(s) will partner with the City in a multi-year, phased approach for the potential updating of the Costick Center facility to best meet the needs of the City of Farmington Hills Administration & residents.
