Summary of Specifications:
The City of Farmington Hills Department of Public Services is requesting proposals for Design/Build Services to Replace the HVAC System at the Public Works Facility. Deviations from specifications shall be permitted only if determined to be in the best interest of the City. All such deviations from specifications shall be called out in writing and explained in detail. The Consultant shall not sublet, assign, or transfer the purchase order or any portion of any payment due the contractor therein, without written consent of the City.
